Fishing from Sodus Point & Rochester New York
fisheries in the Northeast. We fish April through October full time, We start our season soon after ice out along the
beautiful Wayne county shoreline for some fantastic brown trout action. Mid May we begin to slide off shore for
acrobatic steelhead fishing.
June, July, August we are fishing for the kings on the open water, just waiting to hear "fish on" and the sweet drag
music to start. Early September we move to the Genesee river in Rochester NY for some great king salmon action. The
river gives us a chance to fish right out to the end of the salmon run.
We are located in Sodus Point which is roughly half way between Rochester and Oswego right on the southern shore of
Lake Ontario. There are a number of fine bed and breakfasts and lodges available for a comfortable stay. There are a
number of sites and attractions to see while in the area as well as a number of fine restaurants to fill your appetite.
